Growing up in Ahmedabad, I was surrounded by architecture that felt intricate yet effortless. Those spaces taught me something early on. Complexity does not need to feel complicated. When designed with intent, it becomes intuitive.

I trained as an architect in India, where I learned to navigate complex systems and integrate diverse perspectives into cohesive design solutions. It was never just about form, but rather about understanding how context, people, and processes interact, and translating that understanding into meaningful outcomes. That built the foundation for my structure, systems, and human-centred thinking.

As my work expanded into digital products and services in New York, my focus shifted from physical spaces to organisational ecosystems. I began analysing workflows, mapping service journeys, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to uncover where friction lived and how value moved through a system. Designing experiences became less about isolated touchpoints and more about aligning operations, strategy, and human behaviour.

Now based in London, I approach service design as both a creative and strategic function. I am interested in how services scale, how teams make decisions, and how clarity at the systems level transforms user experience. My work centres on translating insight into structured action, enabling organisations to operate with greater coherence and intention.

Across geographies and disciplines, one principle has remained constant: every system, team, and process shapes the human experience. I design to reduce friction, strengthen alignment, and turn complexity into something purposeful and usable.
